As a healthcare attorney with real-world executive experience, I know how to turn legal requirements into workable business strategies. I’ve supported multi-site groups, franchise systems, and PE-backed healthcare platforms, building the legal and compliance infrastructure that growth demands.

I’ve run teams across compliance, HR, and operations. I’ve made payroll, sat in tense landlord negotiations, and handled patient complaints firsthand.
